Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and protective foam to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange unit within 3-5 business days.
